I Trained Mace PvP for 7 Days, Then Tier Tested AGAIN

IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION that the overlay texture pack I was using in this video, Shield Status, is BANNABLE on PvP Club. I DO NOT CONDONE USING THIS TEXTURE PACK and will not be using it from now. Thanks to everyone who informed me in the comments :)

Some tips for general improvement:<br><br>I&#39;m LT3 currently on mace and I&#39;m currently testing for HT3. I just watched your test and I have some tips for your gameplay.<br><br>- You aren&#39;t abusing F5 - F5 is extremely useful to see where your opponent is behind your and can be used to dodge successfully.<br>- You aren&#39;t dodging or playing as defensive as you normally should when trying to test for a good tier.<br>- When you Pearl Catched, you either missed or did it when you were too low to be of use.<br>- When they are on the ground and either not going up in the air with their elytra or offhanding shield, it is a good indication that they are playing ground so you spamming wind charges to gain height for a mace attack isn&#39;t really of any use.<br>- When playing ground always make sure you offhand your shield - ground in mace is very similar to SMP kit however damage is high, so when you get to below 5 hearts pearl out. Do not wind charge or elytra out - that will get you killed.<br>- Usually when testing for a high enough tier you&#39;d want to be very observant of your surrounding, I do this by either keeping a constant eye on the opponent or having coloured hitboxes that let me see players far more easily.<br>- Having a texture pack that makes pearls look larger while in the air is extremely useful for seeing if the opponent threw a wind charge or a pearl.<br>- When healing or repotting be in the air - if you do not know how to pot midair, make sure you are either across the map from them or at the barriers at the top of the map - this will make it so that they need to to use way more elytra durability or resources when chasing you.<br>- When running to heal or repot, make sure to use as little resources as possible, especially your elytra durability<br>- When falling and you know or think that you can survive the fall, use elytra to glide down to roughly 15 block and un equip your elytra - doing this will conserve elytra durability which is far more important than a source of healing.<br>- Breach swapping with a sword is much more effective than breach swapping with an axe (more dps)<br>- When you pop just pearl a considerable amount of blocks away and try not to instantly repot - if you know you can repot safely without being attacked, then do so, but if you know they are close behind or you hear a pearl catch, then don&#39;t repot and wait)<br><br>I can&#39;t really think of any more tips about mace, if you want to learn some more T3+ strats you can contact me however - reply and i can get back to you. I do know that if your playstyle doesnt revolve around you being in striking range for more than the initial hit, you do should use an axe, its way better for short interactions, I personally hit an axe breach first and then sword if it continues

He really on successfully blocked a mace like one time during the tier test and the other times he either out it up too late, the guy missed entirely, or they were on ground breach swapping.

Bro the main issue in the tiertest was that you were breach swapping from the axe but not the sword. The axe has more damage but the sword has less cooldown. At one place the tester was like 3 hearts and you had to wait before each shot so he lived. I hope this helps

When breach swapping try to use a sword because it has a faster cool-down therefore getting more effective breach swaps in less time
